Happy Mother’s Day to all you mothers out there. Including our 94 year old grand mother who was recently bed ridden due to a bad painful hip due to a bad fall. The healer Sifu Jen Sam says a good number of relatively healthy non disease stricken elderly die this way. My grandmother has bed sores on both her feet and at the lower part of her spine on her back. This blog post serves the begin the documentation of our healing attempt for my grandmother.Continue Reading
I just realized that the world has gone nuts. People and Scientists assume humans were meant to eat cooked animal foods.
Being healthy and starting to look buffed on a raw paleolithic diet which involves eating a lot of raw animal food is such a rush. There is that feeling of absolutely glowing health I’ve never felt before in my entire life. It’s like hello, where have you been all this time? I just realized before my venture into a raw paleolithic diet that I had been operating, living my life sub-optimally.
Yo friends and relatives, I’m wearing hunk type t-shirts, with the short sleeves… and wearing skinny jeans because it is the in-thing. I don’t have asthma, I don’t have mitral valve prolapse, I don’t have cystic acne, I don’t have folliculitis, I’m not obese, I’m stronger, I don’t get colds, or fevers, or flu, I don’t have heart palpitations, I don’t have white hair, I don’t have eczema… I have none of those, and I don’t miss them one bit.
I just realized I eat quite a good amount of raw meat… and it makes me healthy. I just realized our current culture is a bizarro world… like the Superman comics where everything promoted is upside down… all concepts of health are upside down. Let’s just concentrate on the culture of cooking all your animal food. Most people, including so-called charlatan scientists actually believe humans were born to eat cooked food, cooked animal meats. And just whatever form of cooking is fair game, that eating raw meat is un-healthy. These days I realized that eating cooked meat all the time is not a big conspiracy… it is just plain taught stupidity.
The thing is, the difference between raw meat and cooked meat must be recognized as a wide chasm of a difference. An egg is oozing and liquid, boil it and it becomes solid… everything about it is different… the once organic healthy material is gradually and surely decomposed back to inorganic material that does you no good. And people wonder why they are sick? Man, you eat cooked meat every freaking day…. you will be sick.
One question in the raw paleo forum was that since most of us were eating large quantities of raw animal foods, how come we avoid the nasty side effects of the COOKED Atkins diet? The magic is in RAW MEAT, RAW ANIMAL PROTEIN, RAW ANIMAL FAT. Cooked Atkins is high in cooked animal food – probably its author never imagined that animal food must be eaten RAW. Cooked animal food, even high fat cooked will be detrimental to your health. All the good stuff in the raw animal are missing when it is cooked… the blood, the raw muscles, the raw fats, the raw organs… the traces of rawness are all that’s left. And with most of my countrymen these days, they are scared stiff at seeing any red or blood in their cooked meats… people have gone insane, and they don’t know it.
Scientists have gone insane because they were born and raised to eat animal food cooked and everything they write about animal food is from a cooked point of view. Even their studies are all idiotic because they assume that animal food is cooked.
This raw animal food eating movement must be ignited. Wake the people up to a new and healthy paradigm. Raw animal food is the super nutritious foods raw vegans have always been searching for… they are just blinded by their new age dogma against killing animals for food. Look, we did not invent the rules of life. It is just the way it is. Humans are true raw omnivores. Cooking is a crutch to lean on in hard times… and you live sub-optimally… if you want to be the best that you can be, it’s time you ate organic, ocean, grass fed raw animal foods. Stop the cooked meat insanity. Begin with yourself and your family.
Tried Cooked pork lechon and I felt terrible afterwards
I was out last night after a client meeting. It was late at night I passed by the Paranaque fish port to get some fish. Then passed by the Baclaran Sea Side market to see what was there. Then I saw a lechon restaurant with a lot of good pieces left. I thought that I had not tasted lechon pork for a long time, I wondered what it would be like to eat some cooked meat again… tried it and I didn’t like it.
So I got 1/4 kilo of the cooked pork lechon. Very fatty and with skin and with the liver sauce. I did not feel right outright afterwards. In the morning, my stomach was still messed up. My poop suddenly turned diarrhea like… my innards were grumbling. Oh my. I had truly adjusted to a raw paleo eating for a good time, my body did not like that cooked meat at all. I didn’t find any satisfaction in eating it, it was just a curiosity experiment.
So lately I do not like eating cooked meat at all. It’s like a sacrifice for me to eat cooked meat. I mean, my body is looking for, craving for health. Give me raw blood and I’ll drink it. Give me, give me raw meat, please. But cooked meat? I’ll pass.
This evening we are having raw tuna for dinner. Bought the kids some nori sea weed so they find rolling their own sushi fun. I also got the kids some fresh durian for snacks, oh, they will be so happy today.
Told the teacher: No wheat, no wheat and no wheat for my boy
First day of school and my 2nd boy who is 5 years old didn’t eat much of his lunch. I asked what he had for a morning snack. The class had BREAD! Aaarrrggghhhh…. they fed my son inflammation causing, constipating, dirty, anti-nutrient loaded, mucus forming, obesity promoting, non-human food… WHEAT! It’s not their fault, they don’t know, just like most people. A parent thought the class chose well, that the bread was WHOLE WHEAT. Whole wheat, cracked wheat, partial wheat, wheat’s cousin… whatever wheat it is, it is ALL BAD. Any form or type of wheat is BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD.
So I trotted to school first thing in the morning on the second day of school to politely tell the teacher that my son had some dietary restrictions: chicken, pasteurized milk, and WHEAT. All forms of WHEAT are bad for my son: macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, pasta, bread… any bread… white bread… whole wheat bread… anything with flour… opt my son out. We will contribute fruits every week. My son has his own bundle and he usually has a fruit for snacks. He brought guava that day.
My son used to have eczema, just like me. His eczema became truly terrible. It was on and around his left ear, his butt, his legs. We isolated the culprits and they were all forms of chicken, all forms of pasteurized milk, all forms of wheat… and probably other grains… except for rice.
So my son needs an almost perfect paleolithic diet… the original human diet… rice works for him so it’s not technically paleo diet but close enough.
My son can eat all the raw meats his heart desires… but not wheat. My son eats raw fish, raw squid, raw duck eggs, raw fatty beef, raw wild boar, raw milk, raw liver, raw heart, raw brains… but not WHEAT! Brand it as celiac disease… who cares? My son eats like a caveman? I take that as a compliment. Like father like son. And we share the same birthday!
Teacher asks if my boy knows his restrictions. Yes, my boy absolutely knows what things are bad for him. He’s been sick before, he doesn’t want to be sick again. He won’t mind that his classmates eat bread and he does not.
My provincial travel – I see sick people all the time
It has been a very long time since I went on a vacation. I used to be sick and spent all my time studying about health just to live. Now that I felt good and healthy enough it was time to travel. Got one of those Cebu Pacific promo tickets and visited a couple of relatives in the provinces.
One thing I found out is that health is a good topic to talk about. If I talked about the web design business, there would be no connection. So health, food and wet markets were my thing. I just love visiting other people’s wet markets. Regarding health, I found out, unsurprisingly that provincial town folk are just as sick as city folk. The unifying culprit is probably television and the medical profession.
The people I met and talked at length were sick of unexplained jaw pain, vertigo, stroke recovery, debilitating asthma, polycystic ovaries, infertility, obesity, kidney pain, heart disease, cancer, psoriasis, gall bladder stones and probably many more.
What’s funny is they all believed in the standard myths of the medical quacks. They worshipped the cholesterol scare myth and eat margarine, reduced fat soya based mayonnaise, peanuts, cholesterol free vegetable based cooking oil from corn / canola / etc, they remove chicken skin and remove pork fat. Plus their staple food are all rice and its derivatives and wheat and its derivatives like white bread, pan de sal, wheat bread, instant oatmeal. They believe in pasteurized milk and have pasteurized “fresh” milk for their children, chocolate milk and powdered “milk” drink for adults. Their animal food choices are 45 day chickens, factory eggs, gmo feeds fed pigs, farmed fish tilapia, bangus, hito, plus canned and processed meats. They did buy sea food from time to time, but all of them are cooked to the core. All meat were cooked to the core as they truly believed in cooking and thought that any hint of raw meat was bad for them.
One relative had a water filter with stones, but it wasn’t working as its TDS measurement showed the same as their faucet. They all used shampoos, except for my uncle, and soaped everyday and brushed their teeth with fluoride toothpaste yet they all have tooth decay.
On safety, one town I visited had a culture of not wearing helmets when riding motorcycles. Yes really.
I think television and the medical profession has dumbed down people completely. I think this explains the majority of illnesses I found there. People are taught the wrong ideas about health so they suffer. I used to be just like them… sick too.
I sticked out like a soar thumb as I ate my animal foods raw, but they didn’t mind the times I dipped the raw sea food in vinegar — when you dip a sea creature in vinegar, it is culturally acceptable to eat it raw. But I blended well when I ate fruits in season with the townsfolk, yummy indian mangoes in season, the not so ripe kind. They didn’t really mind that I ate my food raw because they could see my before and after pics when I used to be sick and how I looked now. It’s interesting for them because the way I eat and the tricks I tell stories about helping people seem to be working on healthy looking me.
