A few weeks ago I was carrying heavy stuff and I slipped on the front porch. I banged my left hip and backed the left side of my face, my cheek bone on the porch. I didn’t think much of it and thought, well, my body can take it. But just a week ago I started feeling a bad ache on my left neck and back as I wake up in the morning to jump out of bed.
I’m used to kicking my left foot up and down to get up in the morning, but it has been painful for my left neck lately. So the past few days I’ve learned to just get up differently. Maybe be on my belly and push up. Or push up with my right arm.
So my body is learning to recalibrate itself due to some spinal misalignment. Not good enough for me in the 21st century. I know the chiropractor can help. So I’ll have to get an appointment. Unfortunately he gets back first day January 5, 2012 so I’ll have to wait.
In the meantime, time to get on with life and bear with it.
I’m happy to report I achieved the weight gain I yearned for in the past 2011. I started 2011 with some tape worms and at 124 pounds. I got rid of the tape worms with a herbal parasite cleanser. That allowed me to gain some weight.
When durian season came in September I gorged on it daily. Even today I found a source of delicious frozen durian and it is well worth the expense. With durian as a staple food in my raw paleo diet I was able to gain weight up to 136 pounds by December 31, 2011.
I did lose some weight when my first son got into a mega health crisis with all my energies and facilities concentrated at his disposal. But I gained my weight back when my boy started getting better by December.
So after 4 years of raw paleo diet I am able to see how to lose weight and gain weight.
Gaining weight for me is just about eating very nutritious durian. Losing that weight will merely involve stopping the eating of durian. Which I guess I should be doing after a few weeks.
I should get into something physical and make a new and attractive body for myself. Still in the planning stages of my 2012 year.
Tomorrow January 2 I will be personally executing an orange juice fast using Sagada oranges. This morning I got 32 oranges on sale from my suki / favorite seller at the market. I’ll probably be on the same orange juice fast myself to accompany them. Just 1 day will do. Test the waters, especially with my 2nd boy who is doing this for the first time.
Why. 2nd boy is 8 years old and his eczema on his legs and some parts of his arms seem to be getting worse. His type is just little nicks of wounds. And he has bubbles under the soles of his feet which turn into wounds. Seems the anthroposophic meds and the probiotics are not doing enough.
What I had observed is that since we did put our 2nd son and our daughter on cooked paleo diet, is that they eat too much cooked protein and not enough fat. I think it is cooked protein overdose. So I will have to adjust their cooked paleo diet eventually for more fat and less protein. This is actually much easier to do on a raw paleo diet.
I’ve got the green light for a week of full on raw paleo diet for my 2nd son beginning January 2. There will absolutely be no cooking. No searing. And this time I want no complicated fish ceviches. I just want plain, boring, mono, instinctive raw paleo diet. And no clock watching or timed eating as well.
Since my first son also needs final healing with his intestines with the final smoothening of his legs and arms, he goes on the same diet as my 2nd boy. This steps up his raw paleo diet experience to hard core level, like mine. In the past week of this Christmas season he has been getting away with cooked meat, but no more. It is 2012 and it’s time the boy learned hard core raw paleo diet, without condiments.
For 3 straight years our 1st born son had a crisis each year. In 2009 it was tuberculosis / primary complex – addressed by raw paleo diet hard core raw blood, raw meat, raw fat and raw durian. In 2010 it was intussusception which was addressed by olive oil enemas. In 2011 it was the absolute worst as his large intestines had some 4 pockets of diverticulitis with impacted stools which affected his small intestines resulting in massive leaky gut symptoms and massive eczema.
Lately with this christmas season cooked meats, my 1st boy has been having colds phlegm. No more. 2012 will be hard core raw paleo diet. This boy needs to experience quality of life. Something I’ve been having for the past 4 years.
Christmas eve and the entire extended family was having the big dinner. This dinner included a very high priced premium brand of ham which came from a very prominent politician. Some nephews joined in and they had a small toy dog with them called “Smalley”. My brother in law told everyone in the dinner table to NOT feed Smalley any ham, as ham may kill dogs. What the? Our knee jerk reaction was… so why are we serving ham to humans? If ham kills dogs, then it could kill us humans too, or make us sick.
I trawled the internet forums for testimonials as to this urban legend of ham may kill dogs. Sure enough, the most common ham effects are:
– diarrhea
– pancreatitis
– death
So it seems that some dogs may be able to use diarrhea to expel harmful ham. The ones who cannot expel immediately get pancreatitis, and some dogs do die from eating ham.
There was even a report about all pork being harmful to dogs. And what about humans again?
Of course there are dogs and people who are unaffected by pork, unaffected by ham.
The premium ham we have is made from a true leg of a pig. It seems to me that many “hams” in the supermarkets are fake… meaning they are reconstituted from other pig parts, like hot dogs and longganisa, then shaped into ham. Maybe those are the harmful ones.

This scary ham harms dogs truth is just scary news for me. There will be no more ham for my family next Christmas.
Another Christmas celebration with feasting is over, now comes the days of reckoning. My 2nd son is down with a fever. One of my employees is down with diarrhea. My wife is down with headache and sore throat. It’s called “impatso”, where people eat and drink a whole bunch of different foods, some of them junk food such as wheat and high carbohydrate “goodies”, plus over cooked low quality or processed meats. And then there’s staying up too late. Merry Christmas!
For my 2nd boy who is 8 years old, I hope this was a learning experience for him with his impatso. He asked me if he could eat this or that with pleading eyes as if he was left out and that this is Christmas, I said sure sure sure, yes yes yes so he knows just what those bad junk wheat and sweets can do to a healthy strong boy. Then he slept over with the cousins, slept at 1:30am and woke up at 6am.
My boy went down with a fever. Out like a light bulb switched off. My wife gave him some Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea in the morning, it is a powerful herbal colon cleanser. In a few hours my boy moved his bowels, taking out all his undigested and hard to digest stuff… getting rid of impatso. And later, got rid of his fever and got his strength back.
Lesson hopefully learned by this 8 year old boy.
Lesson also learned by my 10 year old boy who I had strictly taught to just eat the meats, fats and the fruits. No wheat, and no sweets. No impatso for him.
As is par for the course, someone is dying of chemotherapy treatments again. Very young, early sixties woman. Got surgery for internal organs congestion, then was convinced to do 12 rounds of chemotherapy. Swallowed the chemotherapy sales talk. Now gaunt and losing body functions, bed ridden, almost dead because of chemotherapy treatments… and don’t you ignore that FACT. It is chemotherapy that is killing this woman.
People need to be taught that cancer, tumors are body adaptations / defenses to help save the person. It is just plain dumb to think that tumors are cancers “attacking” the body… such sheer distorted fiction coming from a crooked mis-educated medical profession. Tumors are created by the body usually to encapsulate toxins. The way to reduce the tumors is to adjust your habits, diet, and detox your body with special procedures and the body will no longer need the tumors and dissolve them by itself. So please stop believing in the superstition of medical cancer.
Christmas evening party. Talked with the daughter. I get pushy, never say die. Do you think you’ve tried “everything†? Surely not everything. Certainly not my ways. And in this time of almost dead, you have nothing to lose.

And if the following morning you can convince the patient, I’d do some pyroenergen on her to alkalize her blood electrically and relieve her of her cancer pain. Cancer pain is usually caused by dirty blood as the liver and other detox organs are temporarily disabled.
I have fought many many deathly battles and what I learned is to never ever accept death and do nothing. Where there is a will there is always a way.
