Children’s Health: Worm Infestation in 9.68 Million Students says NIH
An alarming estimate made by the NIH or National Institutes of Health recently reported in the Philippine Daily Inquirer February 27, 2013 with the banner title: “Worms scourge of public school pupils, agency finds”. I took a picture of this newspaper article. In the article it says a 44 percent infection rate among the 22 million students… is that a 2012 estimate? Alarmingly in 2004-2006 the infection rate was 70 percent! So it seems that in 5+ years there was a big 26 percent improvement. But of course that is not enough. 9.68 million students is 44% of 22 million. That is a lot of children to deworm.
Lower Back Cramps, Knee Cramps, Leg Cramps, Foot Cramps Almost Sabotage Family Vacation
Four members of my family were having terrible cramps: my wife and 3 children.  Lower back cramps, knee cramps, leg cramps, foot cramps almost sabotaged our family vacation. My family went on a very short vacation to Puerto Galera beaches in Mindoro island. The bad part about it was the crisis of pain and cramps began without me as I just followed later on in the late afternoon.
My wife and 3 kids and a nanny were driven to Batangas port by van. At the port our 8 year old daughter suddenly complained of knee pain and leg pain then foot arch pain. Then our 11 year old boy too complained of leg pain. My wife was thinking of sending the children back. But they pressed on and rode the small boat from Batangas to Mindoro. On the boat, our 9 year old boy too started having leg pain as well. By the late afternoon my wife was also feeling tailbone pain, lower back pain. What an epidemic!Continue Reading
High Blood Pressure caused by Liver Constipation, Kidney Loading and Colon Constipation

Magnesium Oil Supplementing Making Me Too Sleepy
Magnesium oil on my skin some 2 times a day under my arms and on my feet at my right lower back and on my left shoulder has resulted in eliminating body odor… hooray! But it has also resulted in making me immensely super sleepy. So sleepy that I’m extending my sleep past 7am into 8am and even feel lazy by 9am. In short I’m losing a lot of work that I would rather do. Maybe I really need the healing sleep or maybe it is a bad side effect.
The odd thing that happened was with my right butt lower muscle sprain. I feel it is that reported muscle weakness side effect if you have too much magnesium. Maybe. I’m not sure. I put some chinese plasters there to help me heal. I’ve also decided to stop supplementing with magnesium oil on my skin for now. I hope it will stop my extreme sleepiness.Continue Reading
