I was lucky my friend Juancho pulled me into training with his new master Jim Dees for some Hsing-i. It is internal martial arts. Big on health the master says. Yeah, that’s for me. The self defence comes in too. Great!
This will complete the 20% of the other portion I need for my health. I’m doing the 80% with nutrition already.
