I finally set out to experiment once and for all. My conclusion is to never drink another cup of coffee ever.
This suspected coffee allergy began probably in 2000 when the new Nescafe Frape came out and I tried a couple of packets and wound up in the hospital as blood or oxygen was not flowing to my head, I felt dizzy, light headed and faint.
Same thing until today. If I wind up with coffee for some socials, or a meeting with a customer. Or lately to try out this Tongkat Ali herb for improving circulation. Tongkat Ali in coffee is a new marketing strategy. Does not work for me. I still get dizzy and light headed.
So that’s it. No more coffee for me, in any form.
