I was happy to stumble upon the new videos of Death to Diabetes author DeWayne McCully on YouTube. The important mega-nutrition ideas of his will come in handy for Bugoy’s healing. Practical and easy tactics using the most powerful vegetables Spinach and Brocolli. Steamed lightly. Then eaten in combination with extra virgin olive oil. The plant fats in EVOO will allow Bugoy to absorb more of the fat soluble nutrients in the vegetables. No rice. Then add fresh raw or steamed norwegian wild salmon for omega 3.
No supplements this time. The only supplement we had to get Bugoy is cold water kelp from Solgar available in Healthy Options. This will provide him with natural iodine.  I gave him 2 capsules per day.

He’s on his 3rd day now. Feedback is he does not feel so cold anymore. He said he slept last night with the windows open and didn’t feel cold.
Funny this morning as I ate some Durian and he ate raw salmon with him he asked if he should be taking omega 3 supplements. I laughed and told him that the raw salmon he just ate is tons more potent than those supplements.
Real fresh raw live food is always more potent than factory supplements.
