Finally, after a long wait, the herbs I ordered from Barefoot Herbalist MH has arrived! The problem was that MH did not deliver outside of the USA. So I asked to send it via a friend to the USA who sent the package to me here in Manila.
I smiled a big smile and snapped a couple of photos of the box of herbs. Now where to begin.
I’m initially curious about the tree iodine / potassium formula so I began drinking 1/2 dropper of the iodine every morning when I wake up.
This is a complete pre-cleanse kit. So I’m cleansing with this for 2008. Seems like the holy week 4 day vacation is a good time to begin.
I’ll begin with the LBB for colon cleansing and the kidney and pancreas cleanse.
This should be exciting. I can compare the results with Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea and the Avocado Leaves Tea combination I usually do.
I’m excited when I get to using the parasite cleanse herbs. I read that MH’s de-wormer is the best there is. There is enough for a 30 day program for myself. Then there is an extra bottle I ordered and I will treat my 2nd son with it after I have experienced de-worming myself.
MH warned us about treating your children with herbs if you have never tried it yourself. Â Thanks MH, I will keep you posted about my cleanses using your herbs.
