My definition of a cure is when you live a life free from drugs, supplements, vitamins. When all your needs can be met by food, sleep, air and exercise. When you suffer no discomforts and no symptoms of your past branded disease.
Cures happen when you have changed your lifestyle to a healing, healthy lifestyle. Just as obesity is caused by wrong habits of eating. Learning new habits of eating will cure obesity. The person cured is happy with his new habits and knows intently what he or she is doing.
You are now awake. Conscious that the new habits you do are health forming.
For example I am pretty much cured of my old eczema symptoms and I know they are not returning because I know the truth about human health today. I consciously live my life and enjoy what life has to offer.
I don’t enjoy fast food, junk foods, and personal care products because I know they are detrimental to health. Instead I enjoy raw food, some cooked food and I especially enjoy fruits.
I no longer enjoy eating grains as I know now that grains are inflammatory and acid forming foods.
I do not take any vitamins, I do not take drugs, and all my body parts are intact, no surgeon has removed any body part to cure me.
I do not feel I am missing out in the luxury foods of commerce.
My lunch was a lightly roasted very rare top round steak full of fat and the cow from where it came from was just slaughtered last night. Yummy very fresh.
I have zero personal “care” products. I don’t use toothpaste, deodorants, powders, commercial shampoos, commercial soaps, alcohol, etc.
As a health center once quoted: “Healthy by choice… not chance!”
Awareness, knowledge heals.
