Tongue Cancer: Swallowing Impared a big set back

2 nights ago Mr. M suddenly experienced headaches, pain, some bleeding and a complete inability to swallow anything.  This means he cannot eat or drink anything through his mouth.  Thus yesterday Mr. M resorted to intravenous hydrating.  And today he has to resort to intravenous nutrition.  

Yesterday was the scheduled meeting with the accupuncturist for pain relief.  But upon reaching the accupuncturist, he was refused treatment because of his breathing problem that he cannot lie down on his back, which the accupuncturist needs.  And he was too dehydrated at 5:30pm because the last time he drank was 11 pm the previous night.

So Mr. M and family went to the nearby megaclinic in the same mall same floor in SM Megamall.  This clinic was not equipped to move fast and it took a long time to get any hyrating service.  The ENT was a western medical doctor who gave the usual recommendation of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.  

What appears now is all Mr. M needs is a hole through his neck to breath easily at any position so he can sleep properly; and a hole through his stomach to to be able to fit a feeding tube.  This must be done while fighting the marketing efforts of hospitals their cash cows chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Although Mr. M’s family thinks putting holes is tragic, it is only practical. 

First of all a breathing hole will allow him quality sleep breathing.

Second, a feeding hole will allow him the feeding of the Aajonus Vonderplanitz Primal Diet plan for cancer recovery easily.  Any inhibitions in eating raw animal foods will no longer be a problem.

Third, his tongue and throat can rest while healing.

The practical way is to go back to his home country and do the minor operations there.  Then continue with the Primal Diet plan until he heals.  When he heals, the tubes can be removed.

What needs working on is the family mental attitude that the holes are temporary and practical measures which can actually enhance the prospect of healing.

Mr. M needs your encouragement that the breathing and feeding holes are a good thing.
