Me, daddy the show off demonstrates to my sons how to do proper push ups… which I have not done in a long time. All was fine until my wife and I got to watch a musical call “West End Story.” At the beginning of the show, my lower left arm felt bad, I removed my watch. Then my lower left arm felt like something out of carpal tunnel syndrome as my wife observed and touched that there was a rather large bump. Then after the show, it had shrunk to a smaller significant bump.
In the evening at home the village home massage service dropped in. Everyone had a massage. I was the last. Then I told my therapist, that me left lower arm was painful and that I had a slightly swollen lymph node on my left neck. So she worked on that affected portion for 5 minutes. Then I asked her what she found out. She told me that all was fine now, the vein had popped out of its stuck position… “naipit na ugat”. That she showed me it was stuck at some point in my elbow joint and she had popped it out.
That seems to have healed it. This morning I felt normal. My lower left arm has some remnant of soreness / stiffness, but no more significant bump. Simple problem, simple solution. I need more exercise.
