Constipation… the root of most illnesses… currently plaguing my grandmother

My 83 year old grandmother is always constipated.  She has been so for quite a few years now.  The dorn method doctor traced this to a spinal problem first.  I trace my grandmother’s constipation to the drugs she keeps taking and the diet she has been eating… bread, crackers… anything with flour is consipating… plus rice as a mainstay… and always cooked food… the world is upside down… humans are afraid of raw food these days.

My grandmother’s constipation is so bad… all her pharmaceutical drugs… her laxatives are useless no matter how many she takes.

My grandmother’s constipation is so bad… a few months ago… Barefoot Herbalist MH’s LBB capsules used to work to allow her to move her bowels, but today she says it is ineffective.

My grandmother’s constipation is so bad… she resorts to extorting me to produce Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea for her for 2 bottles in a row now.  Now the miracle tea is expensive stuff, it is real hardcore herbal colon cleansing stuff… for maintenance and for emergency stuff.  It seems my grandmother’s constipation has gone to lengths to being this bad she will be dependent on Dr. Tam’s Miracle tea to be able to poop properly.

If that is the outlook of the expense, I think other grandchildren and her children must chime in and finance that kind of maintenance treatment.

I could always request for diet change… again… but what are the chances of a diet change to be followed?  So far… none.

Constipation is the number one thing people must always be aware off.  The first sign of constipation, do something about it.  Get your colon cleanser, fix your diet.  Diet must be raw, high raw fat.  It is raw fat that moves your bowels. Fibers?  Only for those insisting on cooked food… and even then, raw fat will make you move much better.  Don’t be dependent on colon cleansers… train yourself with barefoot’s LBBs… then train yourself… change your diet… for the better.  Give up all constipating foods… basically flour is the number 1 culprit, there are also those drugs and dehydration.
