My 7 year old boy yesterday complained of stuck mucus in his sinuses. Poor little guy, he inherited his mom’s sinus configuration, I never get sinusitis myself. I gave him several options to choose from: cayenne tincture, cayenne powder in soup, quantum minerals plus drops in his eyes, diluted hydrogen peroxide drops in his ears. He chose diluted hydrogen peroxide in his ears.
Now the root cause of this bout of mucus he has I think comes from the previous days where he drank yakult… a manufactured milk product. We have a nephew visiting and they raided the refrigerator. So the root cause of most mucus is mucus forming foods irritating the body and the body is forced to produce mucus to protect itself. The worst mucus forming foods are dairy and wheat (anything with flour).
Back to my son. I have a small bottle of hydrogen peroxide / agua oxygenada and I got a little shot glass. I put half amount of reverse osmosis water and half amount of hydrogen peroxide. Got a dropper and put some 5 drops of diluted hydrogen peroxide in each ear. After each ear my 7 year old blows his nose of mucus. When both ears were finished with the diluted hydrogen peroxide treatment, his sinusitis was gone. I got a hug, a kiss and a commendation that I was a good healer. Anything for my children.
