I detected this stomach ache begin last Thursday early morning. It started out as dull, not entirely debilitating, enough for me to go to work in my office and see a few customers.
I was hoping the pain would go away, but by Saturday I really wasn’t feeling well. I had paused my taking of humaworm dewormer.
I remember wednesday evening my dinner was raw beef and raw honey. It was the first time I tried this combination. I read about it from a fellow raw foodist. Maybe the raw honey didn’t do too well on me? Maybe I wasn’t digesting it well? It irritated me?
My poop on Saturday morning was gray, not good. Maybe my liver is blocked?
This morning I did an egg yolk liver flush. 2 fertilized egg yolks, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter). This gave some relief, but not enough.
I trawled the internet, I saw earth clinic pushing again apple cider vinegar. As I write this I’m sipping 2 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.
I’m hoping for an immediate cessation of this pain. It’s not in my stomach, it is below my stomach, probably my intestines, large or small, I don’t really know.
