It has been an amazing 4 years for me trying to follow truth in health wherever they may lead. From the point of view of regular folk I must be one of the ultimate weirdos of all time. But I don’t care, I’m alive, I’m healthy, I feel great and I look really good.
On personal care:
– I shampoo my hair with organic shampoo only when I get a haircut
– I only soap with organic soap my butt and my hands
– I don’t use deodorant or anti-perspirant, I use nothing or some calamansi for a meeting
– I do not brush my teeth, instead I do oil pulling every morning
About television
– I don’t watch television, in fact I don’t own a TV and I do not allow my children to watch TV (I do show them some Star Wars Clone Wars)
About food:
– I eat raw meat, raw bloody liver, raw heart, raw brains, raw bone marrow, 1 month old bacteria filled raw meat for probiotics… besides eating animal food all the time. In fact, I prefer raw animal food over cooked animal food because I feel so much better.
– I eat a lot of raw animal fat.
– I do not eat rice. I only eat rice to demonstrate to my kids that mixing an egg yolk over rice is cool.
About the weird history of healing:
– My first healer who made any sense was an Islamic woman, wears a wig, has goiter, looks like a witch, is 1st wife of 3 wives.
– I drank python bile and I spread python bile on my arm to find out I had a constipated liver and gallbladder filled with stuck up cholesterol and stones.
– You won’t believe the medically unheard of detox protocols I did, but they are documented at my Cure Manual website.
So I’m weird, but I feel great, and I look really good. Sure beats getting all that cosmetic surgery being peddled around in show business. Their results are only skin deep. My health and beauty comes from deep inside.
