I’m into the 2nd day of eating up to 1 kilogram of meat to try and gain muscle. It’s not so bad, but I’m starting to miss the fat. Good thing at lunch time my wife got home with fresh Palawan duck eggs. 2 raw eggs, that hit the spot.
I now understand that people can still remain hungry if there is not enough fat in their food. Yesterday at breakfast I had beef sirloin. Then mid morning had 250 grams of raw tuna. Then lunch 2 raw eggs. Then at 3:30pm had 300 grams of raw tuna. I cheated at around 6pm and had pork barbecue… maybe my instinct to look for fat kicked in and I didn’t care if it was cooked.
Other foods in the evening was a guava and a chico and some calamansi juice with some green honey.
I’d estimate it was still 1 kilogram of meat. Feels like work.

Have you tried Aajonus’s advice on gaining muscle from his last One Radio interview with Patrick Timpone?
When he was specifically asked about gaining muscle on the primal diet, Aajonus recommened at least 2 meat meals (up to 1 lb each) WITH 2 Lubrication formulas (1-2 raw eggs, 2-4 tablespoons raw butter OR coconut cream ;the latter is probably more available near you; juice of maybe 1/2 a lemon, and 1-2 teaspoons unheated honey). He’s claimed to have had people weight training on his diet (bodybuilders) who used the meat meals eaten WITH a lubrication formula each time, and were able to gain 2-4 inches of muscle in a few months or so.
^ According to the above, you do not need to eat less fat as you are doing! By cutting fat you’ll just end up with “rabbit starvation”. You simply need to eat MORE meat AND MORE fat. So add ALOT more fat to your plan ALONGSIDE all that meat. For more info, look up the August interview on One Radio’s web site.

Thanks for the advice, Ian! I cut down my fat (not threw it away) because it was making me too full immediately I couldn’t eat more than 1/2 kilo of meat a day. But since the fertilized duck eggs came yesterday it came at a good time. I really appreciate your help.
