I interviewed my wife today to record her gout cure for inclusion in our family cure manual. This is how she and I remember it.
Pain began on her 2 knees around late 2007. She ignored the pain and thought it must have been the weights in the gym she uses. The pain did not go away and it intensified until her heels also started having pain.
It was only in January 2009 that I was notified that she had gout pain. All pumped up with the curing our cook’s gout pain a month ago, I concentrated on my wife’s gout pain.
I gave her a little bottle of EMC = Energized Mineral Concentrate from Castech. These energized drops are very memorable for me. This was tested verified by a man who had gout in his heels. I saw him in the Castech office banging his heels, I asked him personally what was up. He said that 30 minutes ago he rubbed on some EMC drops and his gout pain was drastically reduced. Very interesting. I kept that in my memory banks.
So this time my wife tried these EMC drops and in only a week her improvement was very noticeable. She added apple cider vinegar to her treatment using 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup water and drinking in the morning and in the afternoon. And after a few weeks her pain had gone down to a measly left 5%.
I convinced her to adjust her diet by eating more raw fish during that time and raw eggs. Fortunately she found raw duck eggs from Palawan flown on a regular basis and she had at least 2 raw duck eggs a day. She also lessened her rice. Trying to move to lower carb and higher fat.
By this time our home diet had become an almost paleo diet with just rice as the last item as starch. My wife loved cooked beef so I bought fattier cuts, cooked and fatty. Paleo diet is animal meats / fish / eggs + raw fruit + some cooked vegetables. No seeds, no grains… save rice.
I also suggested many times she do kidney cleanses with coconut juice and meat, with avocado leaves tea, and with large amounts of fresh watermelon.
Today in January 2010 her gout pain is all gone. Gone from her heels, gone from her knees. The new diet is now a habit for her. She does not need EMC drops or Quantum drops anymore. She must have consumed a total of 5 bottles of the EMC and the last were quantum mineral drops when I ran out of EMC. She says she takes a dose of apple cider vinegar once a month… just to be sure.
The only time she is reminded of her gout pain is when she tries wearing high heels. Bah, high heels are unhealthy anyway whether one has gout or not.
To sum things up, gout is a problem where these “crystals” deposit in the knees or the heels of the feet. These gout deposits are immediately dissolved / disintigrated by the EMC or Quantum drops and neutralized by simple ingestion of Apple Cider Vinegar. These gout deposits are made when the kidneys are compromised due to a high cooked protein diet. By increasing the fat in your diet, the kidneys are buffered, given a rest, cleansed, lubricated. To optimize the function of the kidneys, it must be cleaned by various kidney cleanses.
A change in dietary HABITS gives lasting results. You need to change. You need not fear FATs. The dogma about fats being bad for you is wrong.
