Raw Paleo Diet Treatment works, children cured, Now back to eating cooked meats and rice again

Our 2 younger children aged 6 and 5 are all cured now from their colds and coughs. They were sick for more than 2 weeks. We decided to put them on raw paleo diet for a week and that cured them. Now they are back to eating normal Filipino food of cooked meats, rice, fruit and some cooked vegetables.

It’s a dumb cycle. Eyes roll. My wife and I know they will be sick again and we’d have to do raw paleo diet again temporarily to cure them, then go back to cooked Filipino diet again.

Will need to change some things. Maybe alternate cooked days and raw days. Maybe incorporate more raw or rare things in their diet that is socially acceptable. Have to avoid this yoyo dieting.

Have to keep them well all the time.

Vander Gaditano took a look at our 8 year old boy and said the last thing he needs now is to shout to the top of his lungs and do the ocho ocho breathing exercises. He needs more air pumped into him. Got to be invigorated, be “bad” to be strong. Vander’s right. I see it in our 6 year old stronger boy who is fast catching up in heft and height.

Add on video: The Ocho Ocho Dance exercises the spine and the lungs.

Where can I learn the ocho ocho breathing exercise? Thanks, Peter.

Hi Peter, I added a short video of the ocho ocho dance.

    Best wishes.

It’s funny but looks like a lot of fun. The guy wasn’t doing much of any dancing, while the girls in pink were moving the most. Do I have to wear high heels to get the most benefit? 8P

But seriously, you called it a breathing exercise. Is it just the shaking your butt part that works your spine and lungs, or do you have to sing along loudly too? -Peter
