All You Can Eat Breakfast and Lunch at Saisaki for the Pacquiao Clotty Fight!

Tomorrow Sunday will be a treat for us boys. Me, My brother and my 8 year old son will be watching the The Event with Pacquiao vs Clottey in the Saisaki Restaurant in EDSA. It’s an all you can eat event beginning 8am to 1pm.

The all you can eat plan with me and my son is to stick with Paleo Diet. If the breakfast will not be serving sashimi, then we can try fruits or cooked beef. Then we should take a break from eating at 8:30, give us time to digest for the 11 am serving of the sashimi / raw fish.

The fight should be exciting. I’m betting 1 peso on Clottey. Someone has to bet against Pacquiao. Clottey’s natural weight is around 150, and Pacquiao’s natural weight is 135. So Pacquiao needs to eat at least 5 times a day to maintain his weight at the 147 pound division.

So here’s to a day of hopefully great boxing.

    There is a Book Called The Big Breakfast diet by a Polish doctor in Australia.

    It consist of around 620 caloris for breakfast consisting of Smoothie with whey powder, strawberries, then have some chicken, ham, muffin with cream cheese. Low fat. I tried it and the skin around my eyes swelled. Vegetables, little protein, fruit for lunch. Dinner nothing or little protein & vegs. Maybe I was cleansing.
    I took the book back.
    There is a 114 yr. old man I think he is living in a nursing home =. He is blind but has a sharp mind dresses nice and the best looking over 100 yr. old man that I ever saw.
    He eats a big breakfast of toast and eggs or pancakes dont sound big to me. Has lunch but does not say what. lots of fruit and water. Liver and onion once in awhile. No dinner. Walks up stairs to his apartment. Worked till around 90 yrs. Go to google and put in 113 yr. old man who does no supper or dinner or whatever .

    I think eating a big breakfast after you have cleansed your body is good. Takes away the hunger pains.

    I still cant put together the right combination for myself.

    Check out the book – The Big breakfast diet. or the 113 yr. old man in the USA that eats a big breakfast or eggs and toast. lunch no dinner. Lots, lots of fruit and water.
    I am sugar sensitive so was afraid to try it.
