I am still not well. Yesterday was Tawa Tawa tea day. By 3pm I had a meeting. By 5:30pm we visited the Quirino Grandstand where the hostage incident took place. By evening I had to go to a despedida party for my very good friend. Full day even if not 100%. This morning I questioned my shoulder pain and the bump on my left shoulder. Maybe ventosa cupping method will make a difference? Maybe I’m detoxing and something just wants out?
So how did it feel? The spot where I see something erupting was painful. The others were not. It took longer than I thought. 8 minutes per spot. But we tried many different spots. My left shoulder felt bad so we hit several spots there. Some obvious reddening appeared where there seems to be a collection of those toxins / lamig.
Afterwards, I had some virgin coconut oil spiked with cayenne peppers massaged into my back and neck. Then I had some quantumin massaged in to hopefully help detoxify my back and remove whatever is in there.
I slept really well afterwards. Wanted to sleep more but we had a party at home.
Now I’m ready for bed again. Hope I wake up well tomorrow.
