Looking back at my previous illness the past few days I think what I went through was the next detox stage of my life due to my relatively new raw paleo diet and lifestyle which has been going on for some 2.7 years now. What seems to me is that my body trunk and back seems to have had some avalanche detox. Something like probably a layer of dirty old stuff, old flesh, old fat which may have contained old toxins may have collapsed and pooped out in torrents.
My guess is that the ventosa cupping session had forced the issue of the deep tissue detox that ensued. My entire trunk was sensitive to touch the past 2 days, but today it seems to have worn off.
For the past 2 days I’ve been having large quantities of raw blue marlin for lunch. I look at it as raw fat loading, omega 3 loading to hopefully help tone down, calm down any body inflammation left. Maybe it is helping as well. You do know that when I eat raw blue marlin sashimi I eat it plain with no condiments. I like it that way, pure food. When thirsty, there’s always coconuts. Papaya has been good lately.
Other clues were some seeming “pimples” in a handful of places on my body. Must have been that toxin collapse that had been let go. They’re gone now, but that may have been it, toxins. So I’m thinking maybe this is the signal to start a sane body toning program. Just enough exercise, not waste time to have a pretty tummy and chest. That would be nice.
