Of course I lapped up this book from digital cover to cover. I was inspired. I didn’t know much about health and healing at that time, but what Tom said in his book inspired me: Losing weight is 80% correct diet and 20% exercise. Super great concept!

Nowadays I would recognize Tom’s teachings as somewhat paleo diet in his own modern words. Hey, it works. Plus the great home work outs and Tom’s book worked great for me.
