In the family I buy a lot of grass fed yellow fatty beef steaks, also bone marrow, and lots of duck eggs. We use ghee and virgin coconut oil for cooking. I consume my fat raw. My wife and kids sometimes eat raw, but mostly cooked. Our maids would rather get into pork fat aka lard for their cooking. We are into fat, fat, fat and more fat.
