I just came from a swanky business restaurant at a big metropolitan building and they served a Chinese lauriat. Â So my contact says there’s no MSG in the food. Â I came prepared, I had eaten a big big serving of DURIAN before I came over.

Upon reaching home I had 2 small slices of fresh raw pineapple, a few minutes later I drank fresh raw coconut juice to hopefully provide me hydration for the cooked food I ate.
Now that I think about all the food that the Chinese lauriat served, it is a recipe for deliberate EMPACHO. You know, eating too many different items all in your tummy so your tummy complains it can’t digest them all and you suffer. Â That is empacho.
Horrors, I advice all my loved ones to avoid Chinese Lauriats… total recipe for disaster. Â If you attend one of these binge sessions, just choose one or two items at the most and stick with that. Â Lauriat is suicide.
Whoever invented Chinese lauriats maybe wanted to kill the emperor with empacho.
