Sifu Jem Sam gave me a tip how to get rid of parasites in the gut. His experience with with simple papaya seeds. Eat papaya seeds and it will get rid of the worms. Here is how it is done:
- Open your fresh, non-GMO papaya and do not throw away the seeds.
- Eat up to 2 tablespoons of the papaya seeds with the papaya meat.
- Do not chew on the papaya seeds.
- Let your stomach acids burst open the papaya seeds.
- The acid in the papaya seeds is deadly or will drive away the parasites.
I have not tried this, but it is so simple, I will try it anyway as soon as possible. How many times to do this? I don’t know either. Maybe it depends on the symptoms you feel.
