Awesome before and after pictures of member KD found on rawpaleoforum.com. He posted a couple of pictures on the thread he created: Lifestyles of the Raw and Paleo. Shows the immense difference when in 2007 he did his fruitarian diet experiments where he turned into a scrawny weakling. Then he switched to a raw paleo diet and turned into a handsome hunk.
KD is a normal human being:
I’m a big city expat and I currently live in an industrial wasteland in the NE coast of the United States.
I enjoy long sprints on the beach, mastering the laws of the universe, and eating the tongues of animals.. sometimes I go to illegal parties in warehouses and listen to loud thrashing music.
KD does cross fit and comes from a background of yoga, meditation and raw veganism.
Given these set of pictures in 2007 when KD went fruitarian, he thinks fruitarian stinks. The after pictures are circa 2010.
I don’t log what I eat daily, but this is what has been used up this week
3 lbs pastured butter – 9600 cal
1.2 lbs suet – 4500 cal
< 2X dozen eggs minus some whites : ~1500 cal
avocado 2-3: 600 cal
1 lb beef or lamb x 7 days = ~7000 cal
vegetable juice and occasional cabbage kraut – ~800-1000 cal
