I continued with my parasite cleanses using home made remedies. Saturday evening I got a 250ml Nestle Fresh Milk (not low fat) and I added some 2 teaspoons of castor oil. Mixed it in and drank it before going to sleep. It didn’t taste bad. Then first thing in the morning of Sunday I grated 3 small organic carrots and ate the bowl full.
Those are 2 home parasite cleanse remedies I read about in several sites. Do they work? I don’t know. Lately I feel my gut is just cleaned out I’ve got nothing left to sputter out. But we will see. I think I will take 6 capsules of castor oil tonight just to be sure.
These home remedies are cool, they are easy and they are cheap. There is no excuse anyone should be adult parasite infested if you make a sensible schedule of practicing these home remedies consistently.
As usual warning: Parents should always try these parasite cleanses on themselves and decide that they are safe before ever giving these parasite cleanses to your children. Do not make guinea pigs out of your own children! They deserve better.
I haven’t seen any more adult tapeworms lately. Looking forward to be adult tape worm free in the next days to come. Then we will know if these parasite cleanses were successful.
