The plan is to take some 10 yakult bottles a day, 10 omx capsules a day, and after that take 30 healthy options quattro capsules a day.
Probiotics are extremely dosage dependent. You must drink a lot for it to work. The recommended dosages are ineffective for pain. I’m talking 5x to 10x the common recommended dose.
This morning my wife says there is an improvement in her gut feeling. Good. I hope the progress continues.
