Back Pain Relief Without Surgery

Raise your hand if you are afraid of surgery.  I’m in the same boat with you.  I’m not a piece of meat to be butchered by some inept establishment and charged an arm and a leg, even if my health insurance covers it.  I’d want all my body parts intact and I know all this can be cured because I know so.  I’m the family healer.  I know these things so here goes.  This was inspired by an old friend who called me up because she has back pain and of course establishment medicine has failed her for a long time.

Concept 1 – Establishment medicine is not the only game in town or the world.  Repeat that 100x, say it and mean it.

Concept 2 – Establishment medicine is not in a position, does not have the solution, is inept when it comes to back pain relief.  It is not within their scope of expertise.  Their only tools for back pain relief are drugs that cover up the symptoms with bad side effects and surgery which is totally EXTREME.

Concept 3 – Establishment medicine’s diet and nutrition recommendations are totally wrong and will cause more back pain and will stop you from eating the foods you really need to get well.

You can plainly see I am no fan of establishment medicine because they are INEPT.

So this is what you do for back pain relief without surgery:

1. Practical stuff – stop doing things that cause you back pain.  If you knew these things and stopped doing these bad habits that you were not aware that were bad, then this would bring immense relief for you

  • do not put your wallet in your back pocket, some people even have 2 wallets, when you sit or drive, your back and butt have to adjust to accommodate the bulk of your wallet.
  • get the best chair money can buy.  Most of us spend a lot of time sitting doing office work or computer work.  Get the best chair, the most comfortable chair you can afford.  Think that you have to spend hours each day sitting on that chair, so you might as well get the best one you can afford.
  • stop doing insane injurious activities that repetitively stress your back.  This is a touchy subject because it could be a sport that you are addicted to.  Be honest.  There are alternative sports to get into.  I won’t mention names so you figure it out.
  • pick the best bed and the best pillows money can buy.  Best may not necessarily mean expensive.  Also think of grounding.  You can sleep on grounded floor or grounded beds.

2.  Go see a back specialist.  Chiropractors come to mind.  Get the best educated ones, and the best practitioners.  Funny that my friend asked me if these were truly doctors.  I said YES, YES, YES.  In fact their profession was well established many years before the drug doctors of today.  In fact they are the opposing side against the inept medical establishment.  And this is why you will never get a recommendation from the medical establishment to go to any chiropractor… they are just seething with hatred or ignorance that chiropractors even exist from their point of view.

3. After the chiropractor has done his thing with you, go to the best acupuncturist you can find.

4.
