You may already know that I post at cavemanforum.com and I’m the network administrator of rawpaleodietforum.com. I decided to do a search on paleo diet forums and found Mark’s Daily Apple Health and Fitness Forum. Joined up last night. My first impressions:
The interface is great. They use VBulletin, expensive software, but it is worth it if you run a commercial website. Keeps the readers happy. Mark has great web designers.
You can subscribe to the newsletter and download free goodies of books for exercise and recipes.
The community, they follow Mark Sisson’s good stuff on Primal Diet and his fitness thing. They’re all a bunch of very nice people. Mostly exploring their way into health.
I’m thinking if you come straight from a SAD diet and you do all your shopping in supermarkets, then this forum is for you to begin with.
Don’t forget that as you shed your newbie status in paleo dieting, you may wish to progress later on to the more hard core raw paleo dieting because raw paleo diets is where all those miracle cures happen.
