Dr. Oz on Diet: GMO Food Labeling is a Good Idea

Dr. Oz is a popular television show. In this diet segment Dr. Oz. presents a made for TV balance of guests. People who are proponents of GMO foods. And a guy who is against GMO foods.

Monsanto did not send a representative, but the lady would seem to be their representative as she says GMO is totally safe. The guy against GMO said that is blatantly false.

The lady says in the USA GMO is totally safe. While Dr. Oz shows a map where european companies have BANNED GMO food growing.

So Dr. Oz observes that the people who believe GMOs are safe will think they are safe.

And Dr. Oz observes that the people who believe GMOs are not safe will always think they are not safe.

So the solution is mandatory GMO food labeling. If they believe in GMO so much, they should just LABEL it.

So the guy anti GMO activist says there is a website that lists non-gmo food products.

To sum it up the solution is LABELS. Something of course the GMO proponents do not want. For the GMO proponents, the more you do not know the better.

Labeling is a good idea. We can all go our separate ways. GMO food labeling is a Solomonic idea.

Personally, I am a raw paleo dieter and buy all my food from scratch. And I eat un-processed and un-cooked food and I buy as organic and as wild as possible. Grass fed beef, grass fed goats, grass fed lamb, wild ocean sea food. I do not buy foods in packages with labels of ingredients. The most I buy in a package are nuts. For example: Brazil Nuts… package contents: Brazil Nuts. Ha ha ha, it doesn’t get any simpler than that. And if you do a research on Brazil nuts, you learn that all brazil nuts are wild!

Happy shopping folks.
