Teeth Health, Tooth Decay, Tooth Ache, Gingivitis, Bleeding Gums

Not all is well in my paradise yet.  With the 2 fillings that popped out, I expected a cure tooth decay miracle.  Now I think instead tooth decay is progressing.  Pain tells me it is.  I was supposed to go to martial arts training today but the morning tooth decay pain made me sit it out.  I feel I may lose my right lower molar.  Ah, but you know me, I’m not giving this up without a fight.  I’ll give it all I’ve got.  I have to get oral health right if I’m gunning for longevity records.  

I’ve had this bleeding gums when I brush for years now.  This is the reason I switched to oil pulling and these days with 2 drops of oregano oi.  It seems I do need to brush but with baking soda, doing it lately.  Oil pulling removes an enormous amount of debris.  I feel I need to floss more and better with a better flossing tool as my 2 upper back molars have very hard to reach gaps that require attention.  I think I’ll also go to the dentist for a proper or deep cleaning of my teeth for plaque removal.

As for better essential oils, I went to Ebay and bought Thieves and OraMD, hoping these essential oils will make a difference.

In the meantime, clove oil is making an impact in pain management, been applying clove oil on the gums too, I read that it heals the gums as well.

And for systemic body wide adjustment I’ll be going on a temporary zero carb or very low carb diet and forgoing sweet stuff or fruit for the moment.  Will be getting into the cure tooth decay protocol of Rami Nagel  Get more liver, oysters, clams, bone marrow, fermented cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil and juicing a few vegetables.

I’ll also need to do some pyro energen.

Will I be able to save my molar?  Will tooth decay cure finally come?
