Amazing experiment and discovery. Lately I’ve been happily experimenting with different avocado shakes. The best ones I got were avocado + ice + apple + banana and avocado + ice + banana + a scoop of blueberry preserves or fresh blueberry from Sagada town… just drop in blender. Then I got into thinking I needed to cleanse my liver and experiment with coffee enemas. But to do that I’d wait for my next poop. Whatever, just force the poop by drinking lots of avocado shake. Also prepare the liver for flushing with a liter a day of not from concentrate apple juice.
I must have hit the right combination (apple juice + raw fat from avocados) because after two days, I woke up at 4 am and I was pumping out poop and liver cleansing at the same time. No need for coffee enema for now. My liver just way dumped everything due to the apple juice and the fat from the avocados. Ha ha. Found a delicious way to cleanse the liver.
But it was very taxing. My energy levels just dropped down to exhaustion levels yesterday and I found myself lazing about trying to recover from the depletion.
I found myself trying many different things slowly as my digestion came back on track. I tried some honey. My wife suggested some salt, I got some himalayan salt in water. By evening I had some raw oysters and some raw beef and raw fat. This morning Sunday I’m back and alive.
