Prevent Brain Aneurysms by Monitoring and Controlling Blood Pressure with Food and Drink

Just last night I received dreaded news that our Pro-Life Philippines founder Sister Pilar Verzosa suffered from high blood pressure (200) and then had a brain aneurysm that now makes her dependent on a breathing machine at the intensive care unit of a hospital.  I offered the services of my trusted best in the world acupuncturist and traditional chinese medicine healer Sifu Sam, it is up to her relatives what course of action they take.  This event has me distraught that I whipped out my automatic blood pressure reader and took my blood pressure and the blood pressure of my wife.  Tomorrow I will be taking the blood pressures of our beloved seniors in their 70s.

Now that we know that the culprit with Sister Pilar was high blood pressure, this can easily be taken cared of by a solid healthy paleo or close to paleo diet.  Your diet must be high in nutrition, bereft of inflammation causing foods, adjusted to be kidney cleansing instead of kidney killing.  High blood pressure is mainly caused by a dirty blood filter… dirty / loaded kidneys.  Signs of loaded kidneys are kidney pain, gout and high blood pressure.  The way it works is that the heart and the kidneys are paired organs.  The heart pumps blood so that the kidneys may filter the blood.  The cleaner the blood, the less the kidneys have to work.  The dirtier the blood, the harder the kidneys must work.  And if it comes to the point that the kidneys are damaged, hurting, blocked… the heart pumps harder, the blood pressure rises, because the blood must be cleaned.  Clean blood is what the body strives for and everything else will be sacrificed.  This system is fairly automatically regulated by the body.

So what to do if you already have sustained high blood pressure?  Do some diluted juice fasting, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days.  Which rests your kidneys, cleanses your kidneys.  Get into a raw diet for the moment with fruits in season, lemon or calamansi in water… not pure water… pure water is hard on kidneys… if you must eat animal foods, make it very fatty raw animal foods with very small amounts of protein.  It is protein overdose, whether raw or cooked that is stressful for the kidneys.  Another big stressor for the kidneys are high carbohydrate doses like large quantities of rice, or large quantities of sweet potato… worst is wheat based products which are extremely high in carbohydrates, plus inflammation causing because of the wheat allergen, and the wheat becomes paste like and constipates large intestines… and constipated large intestines means dirtier blood which stresses the kidneys even more. Other big stressors are legumes and nuts and seeds, sure kidney killers in large quantities.

Now you know why dialysis shops are big business in Metro Manila.  Filipinos eat a high blood pressure causing diet.  Mostly fried in hydrogenated trans fats oil, high in protein meats like skinless chicken or fat less pork chop, or lean fish, plus lots of rice, plus eating peanuts, plus bread, noodles, french fries, and chemical condiments.

A better way to go about healing your high blood pressure is mostly fruit in season, not the sweetest fructose type ones, coconuts, and always squeeze a calamansi or some lemon in your water before drinking.  If you must eat cooked meat / cooked fish all of the time, do not fy in your hydrogenated oil, choose steaming or boiling… and eat a lot of fat with it, raw fat is best as raw animal fat is healing, soothing and kidney caring.  Raw animal fats are raw grass fed bone marrow, raw organic egg yolks, raw beef fat.  And minimal protein for now.  And no artificial condiments.  No nightshades.  As usual, a raw paleo diet, can be rare meats or steamed meats at times.  I recommend my fish ceviche using fatty raw malasugi cubes, lemons, coconut milk, cucumbers, celery and white onions… a touch of mined salt and freshly ground pepper… smacking good, just had this for dinner.

For diluted juice fasting, you can squeeze one orange in one big glass of water and drink 8 of those glasses a day or more.  Or you can drink 5 or more coconuts a day and eat some of the coconut meat. If your colon is constipated, buy your Dr. Tam’s miracle tea and clear it out.

Aneurysms can be prevented by being healthy, you just have to know what it takes to be healthy.
