Tips for faster tooth extraction recovery

So you’ve just had your tooth pulled? Inflammation got you down? Here are some tips my biodentist, my herbalist and my reflexologist told me:

  • do not eat anything “malansa” or slimy
  • do not eat sea food
  • do not eat eggs
  • do not lift heavy things, no exertions, you must let your gums heal
  • gargle with warm water and salt
  • rest and sleep
  • for bone regeneration in the jaw, calcium and magnesium in green leafy vegetables and from bones in tiny fish
  • Take good probiotics. OMX 3x a day.
