Home air was getting real bad I needed a solution fast. Seems the fine dust / old mud from the Ondoy flood in 2009 has not stopped haunting our home. Last time I blogged about it we sealed the ceiling with a glue gun to prevent seepage of fine dust. Seems it hasn’t stopped. I asked the maids to clean the ceiling facing beams and sure enough there were tons of dirt there… in all the 4 beams. Plus on top of the toilet, an attic like space is open to gather even more dust.

Seems the colds, mucus formation is caused by the home environment with that Ondoy fine dust continuously falling from the ceiling. The body response is to protect its lungs. Make more mucus, filter the air.
If our air was cleaner, then our bodies would tone down in the mucus production.
