Beat the Summer Heat with Fresh Mountain Spring Water Swimming Hole in Marikina Infanta Road Km 94+ Sitio Little Baguio

April 14, 2013 by Good Samaritan

Being a health nut, I’m always looking for more natural, more pristine, without electricity. Yesterday Saturday I asked the kids if they would like to go for a swim in a cool natural fresh mountain spring water swimming hole along the Marikina Infanta Road. And being bored kids in the summer vacation heat they all said yes! Had the nannie pack some food and off we went 10 am. I was not sure if that swimming hole would still be there. The last few times we tried looking for it, we missed it or we did not go far enough, or at one time it may have been buried with the Ondoy rains in 2009. The last time my cousin and my son and I took a dip even farther where we ate our picnic while sitting on a cool stream.Continue Reading

Dingalan Roadtrip Summer Surprise Winner: Dupinga Picnic Grove Natural Spring River Pools by the Dumagat Indigenous People

April 9, 2013 by Good Samaritan

April 6 and 7 was my drive to and from Dingalan Bay in Aurora province. On the way I passed by a long bridge and noticed a picnic type resort of sorts below the bridge with hundreds of people enjoying themselves in a nirvana of joy at this enormous natural mountain spring water gushing from the foot of these Sierra Madre mountains where this river starts / begins. The water starts here. These people get first crack at it. Says so right here on google maps (green arrow):Continue Reading

Dirty Electricity Solution for Wifi: Bought a Wired Only DSL Router DLink DIR-100

March 31, 2013 by Good Samaritan

My dirty electricity solution to the wifi problem is to buy a wired only DSL router D-Link DIR-100 4-port router. 1 port goes to my desktop. 1 port goes to someone who needs it for a laptop. 1 port goes to the wifi router in the small house. 1 port goes to the wifi router in the big house on the 2nd floor. Our IPads are now used less at home. Our phone androids are used less for wifi, they have 3G when needed outside. My wife’s Mac Book Air now uses a LAN adaptor.Continue Reading

CFL Dirty Electricity Being Replaced by 4th Gen LED. Cleaner Greener Technology.

March 31, 2013 by Good Samaritan

The green movements should throw out the CFL bulb as their symbol of green if they have not already. CFLs are said to contain loads of mercury and are an environmental hazard, they break easily too. Not only that, CFL electronic technology is measured to give out huge amounts of bad electricity, harming humans by sheer radiation. See these videos as proof:Continue Reading

A Brief Introduction to ‘Dirty Electricity’ – Dr. Sam Milham who also has a book! Plus Radio Podcast Interview!

March 31, 2013 by Good Samaritan

Sam-Milham

Dr. Sam Milham

Electro-Magnetic Pollution

This 17-minute briefing is one post in a new EON series of videos on the work of Dr. Sam Milham, an epidemiologist and author of the book DIRTY ELECTRICITY.

Dr. Milham’s ground breaking research demonstrates a strong correlation between the rise of the so-called ‘diseases of civilization’ and the historical spread of electrification.

He explains how the harmonics and frequency distortions generated by appliances and microwave antennas and riding on the 60 cycle current running through household, school and office wiring can seriously impact human health.

This information is especially relevant in the context of the current controversy over wireless so-called ‘smart meters.’ Milham’s findings show that just turning the ‘radio off’ in the ‘smart meters’ will not solve the full problem of the human health risks posed by the devices – and already experienced and testified to by thousands of injured and outraged customers. Also contained in the poorly designed devices is at least one more source of electro-magnetic pollution; a ‘switching mode power supply’ (SMPS). known to be a source of ‘dirty electricity’ capable of making many people sick.Continue Reading

Vitamin K2 Experiment Progress and Changes with Raw Brain Traditional Recipe

March 31, 2013 by Good Samaritan

So my vitamin K2 experiment goes on. How my tar tar had been removed by eating lots of vitamin K2 rich foods. I have given up natto, even if there are left over untouched natto in our refrigerator. GMO Soya in natto just gives me and my boy bubbles on the back of our fingers. As for the cheese, I have settled on the more expensive brie cheese: Brie de Meaux which is a raw cheese from France. As for the gouda cheese we have settled on the Mild Gouda for my boy as that is the gouda cheese he prefers. My boy has lost his appetite for cheese as it makes his poop hard and big. I seem to have adjusted my big hard poop but my poop frequency is less from every day to every other day. Certainly not good for the long term. In the refrigerator today I have some brie de meaux I just bought yesterday from Santi’s. Maybe it will be the last cheese I buy for now. I pair cheese with some unsalted Anchor Butter which is not raw but is grass fed.Continue Reading

Vitamin K2 Rich Foods Experiments Results in Less Than 2 Weeks… Resolving Tar Tar!

March 18, 2013 by Good Samaritan

My Vitamin K2 rich foods experiment has been going on for less than 2 weeks. I also made various changes in my diet at the same time:

– no beef for now (we are having a beef moratorium for the moment at home)
– I still have raw fish, oysters, shrimp, got a bit of horse, a bit of lamb.
– had 6 different kinds of gouda cheese… 3 are sure pasteurized
– bought 2 kinds of brie cheese, one is surely raw… brie de meaux
– bought some blue cheese as well… these are raw.
– water was changed from reverse osmosis to spring water Hidden Springs brand
– Add a teaspoon or more of apple cider vinegar when I drink water… can never stand plain water.
– cannot find raw butter but we have abundant supply of grass fed unsalted Anchor butter from New Zealand.
– I’m taking some “lacto” probiotics to make sure I digest the dairy.
– I also bought bunches of Japanese natto for high K2 allegedly.
– we have a lot of raw organic duck eggs.
– some red wine cabernet sauvignon for that fun authentic French experience with cheese… but I got South African… just curious… and it’s cheaper.Continue Reading
