Methodical Outline of Kidney Cancer Cure Attempt of Uncle B Circa 2013

We only got word of Uncle B’s worsening condition almost 2 months ago. He was fast losing weight and had no real appetite to eat anything, he had lost his sense of taste. Our family appealed to Uncle B to come in for healing, our kind of what has been successful healing in Marikina. Uncle B was still busy at that time and could not be disengaged from a last gruelling missionary trip to Polillo Island. We appealed that he should at least do a colon cleanse prior to his trip to Polillo Island and we even sent the bottle of Doctor Tam’s Miracle Tea to him. He was able to do that colon cleanse and was able to clear black stinky stuff from his colon. (Win #1)

The history of Uncle B’s kidney cancer from my point of view was in 2007 when he was peeing blood. He was diagnosed as having a 9cm x 9cm x 9cm tumour on his right kidney. He was asking for financial assistance to do chemotherapy and surgery to remove his right kidney. This financial assistance for the common medical way was turned into detox, a raw vegan diet and some supplement guidance with Dr. Tam Mateo and a visit to the biological dentist who saw that his upper right front tooth was a root canalled tooth which in the tooth chart showed it to be a root cause of his right kidney being afflicted. This could have been a win… but instead this win was denied as Uncle B decided to go to a regular dentist to pull out this root canalled tooth… the conventional way which meant no cleaning of the space, muscle, or scraping of the infected bone. Plus the left tooth was ignored as it was already infected, had a mere “cap” which from the view of the biological dentist should also have been removed and the bone in the skull scraped clean. Sushi Ideas: Hasa Hasa Ceviche, Sea Urchin, Tiny Cucumber – Rolled in Nori

Some few nights ago I just needed a raw paleo diet dinner for myself and just raided the refrigerater for whatever was in there. First I saw we had some 4 day old hasa hasa fish filet ceviche using some sweet Japanese vinegar. Then I saw we had raw sea urchin. As I was eating these two items, I thought there was something missing and remembered I bought some organic tiny cucumbers from our organic farmer Gil Carandang. These tiny cucumbers tasted delicious, way way better than the big ones. Then I thought, I had all the fun ingredients for a sushi roll and brought out some Nori. Well, Nori is not raw, but hey, we can’t be perfect all the time. It’s fun and totally delicious and satisfying. 6 rolls were enough for me. Eating cooked animal foods is a bad habit that makes people sick and must be stopped

I have come to the conclusion that eating cooked animal foods every single day is a bad habit that contributes to people being sick. What is worse, is people usually cook animal food in the most atrocious manner, frying with vegetable cooking oil and barbecuing over charcoal. To make matters even worse, they eat that thoroughly cooked animal food with a starch like rice or potatoes or bread which requires opposite digestion. And they do this every single day.

The only reason people like cooked animal foods is because of the condiments, the artificial flavors put in them. This culinary art of making meat taste in various ways is a degeneration causing hobby. People’s sense of taste and smell are thwarted and confused because of artificial taste. Rotten meat, undeserving meat passes through your lips because it has been masked by the chef. Take the simple egg, a rotten raw egg will not pass by the scrutiny of your sense of smell and taste; but cooking the same rotten egg and you greedily consume the cooked rotten egg.

How to eat more raw animal food and seared food?

People should try eating plain cooked animal foods without condiments in them. This is the first step. Then you cook your animal food less and less. Sear your steaks on a pan without oil, not over charcoal or flame as these are highly polluting methods. Essentially, anything inside the steak is raw. Eat your animal food alone with its fat, some 20% visual raw / seared fat. Enjoy. Hold the condiments. Eat plain. This is real, natural animal food. Let your body, your taste adjust over the weeks. So you know how much you really need and crave for. Let the truth come out. Raw proteins are body builders while cooked proteins can be killers.

Eventually, completely raw beef / raw fish doesn’t taste so bad and you look forward to it. And the convenience cannot be beaten. No more slaving away at the kitchen.

Merely Detoxing With No Change in Diet Will only take you so far

Lately I’ve been bumping onto friends and relatives who have been awakened to detox protocols as I state them at http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols. Bravo to them, they have matters in their own personal control. What bothers me is they it seems some of them are stuck with just the detox protocols and zero change in diet. I dare say diet is more than 50% of the cure.

Having Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea as a stand by colon cleanser is a “Godsend” for many. They just increased their price from 1,500 pesos to 1,700 pesos per liter. Sometimes I think it is good that this herbal colon cleanser is expensive, that way, people do not abuse it. I have seen hard headed folks keep eating that constipating wheat / flour in all its harmful incarnations like pandesal, white bread, noodles, macaroni, pasta, pancit, cakes, crackers, biscuits. Then they become constipated and ask for the Miracle Tea… sure it works, but don’t you feel like a yoyo?

Then there’s the liver flushing society… great way to cleanse your liver, gallbladder of stones and muck. But if you keep drinking alcohol, keep eating fully cooked animal food… and I don’t care if it is fish or eggs or red meat… you fully cook it, it does not nourish your liver. Cooked animal food eating is a bad habit. Yes, humans need animal fat and animal protein… in its raw form! Then you wonder why stones keep forming. I put a stop to my liver flushing by switching to raw animal food.

And how about those chiropractor addicts? Do you really need to visit your chiropractor monthly? Do you really need to get a full body massage 3x a week? There must be something wrong somewhere else, right? Sure, you can afford this kind of treatment, but it sounds excessive to me. If you fixed your diet, you wouldn’t need so much of this.

Just because the detox protocols work does not mean you have to be dependent on them for the rest of your life. If you fixed your diet and bombarded yourself with the correct nutrition, then your body would be in automatic self cleansing and you wouldn’t need to rely on these detox protocols so much.

The ultimate diet I’m talking about is a Raw Paleolithic Diet with its many variations depending on what you have in your locale and your present state of health.  Raw organic fruit, raw organic vegetables, raw grass fed fatty red meat and other raw organic / wild animal foods.  Raw animal food are super foods… they lose their super status and may become harmful when cooked depending on your cooking style.

Tried Cooked pork lechon and I felt terrible afterwards

I was out last night after a client meeting. It was late at night I passed by the Paranaque fish port to get some fish. Then passed by the Baclaran Sea Side market to see what was there. Then I saw a lechon restaurant with a lot of good pieces left. I thought that I had not tasted lechon pork for a long time, I wondered what it would be like to eat some cooked meat again… tried it and I didn’t like it.

So I got 1/4 kilo of the cooked pork lechon. Very fatty and with skin and with the liver sauce. I did not feel right outright afterwards. In the morning, my stomach was still messed up. My poop suddenly turned diarrhea like… my innards were grumbling. Oh my. I had truly adjusted to a raw paleo eating for a good time, my body did not like that cooked meat at all. I didn’t find any satisfaction in eating it, it was just a curiosity experiment.

So lately I do not like eating cooked meat at all. It’s like a sacrifice for me to eat cooked meat. I mean, my body is looking for, craving for health. Give me raw blood and I’ll drink it. Give me, give me raw meat, please. But cooked meat? I’ll pass.

This evening we are having raw tuna for dinner. Bought the kids some nori sea weed so they find rolling their own sushi fun. I also got the kids some fresh durian for snacks, oh, they will be so happy today.

Aajonus Vonderplanitz Raw Meat Eating demo at The Doctors TV Show

Very good. National television airtime for one of my respected health experts: Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Although I’m not on Primal Diet because I just can’t digest dairy. I am still an Aajonus fan. I love his healing theories. I keep his books as reference and keep coming back to them.

The doctors are funny. They eat raw FISH and they eat steak TAR TAR at a restaurant, but are afraid of the raw animal foods in the show. I feed my young kids the same raw meats as shown on that show and they love it. They’ve never gotten a stomach ache over raw meat.

You must listen to Aajonus when he speaks about good bacteria. We need good bacteria in the raw meat. It is the bacteria in cooked meat that is bad.

One doctor there was so ignorant about colon cleansing and not believing in colon foul ups. What a dumb doctor he is. When my brother was psoriasis deathly sick and had full body acne, it was colon cleansing that immediately halted his diseased look. His colon was massively constipated.

What’s good on TV like this is that the ignorant “doctors” are exposed to be nothing more than schooled puppets reading a script, not even self-experimenting.

And this is why I bow to teachers like Barefoot Herbalist MH, another teacher I admire, in his class we are asked to self experiment before we could advance to the next levels. Experience rules. It is results that matter.

I eat a raw paleolithic diet which is raw fruit plus lots of raw fatty meat. Awesome results. I’ve never been healthier in all my life and I’m turning 40 this year. I’m disappointed why I wasted my younger years being sick and suboptimal.

Some people can’t imagine eating raw beef. Oh yeah, I slaved away for 2 months on just raw fish and raw egg yolks… life was getting boring… I learned about eating raw fatty beef… and I loved it! Today I prefer raw beef over raw fish because raw fatty beef is more satisfying.

What can encourage you to eat raw animal foods? How about being diagnosed of an incurable disease? Incurable only on their idiotic cook everything avoid all bacteria paradigm… but immediately curable on the original human diet, the raw paleolithic diet.

Addendum: Cherimoya Kid at the Raw Paleo Forum had a nice comment if he were on the show…

I wish they’d let me on there. I’d win the argument and make the other side look like a bunch of fools. “Hey doc! Ever been to France? No? Guess what they serve in restaurants there! Raw organs. French MDs eat out there, would be my guess, as well as French dietitians and French restaurant health inspectors, French food safety experts, etc.. Are they all just total idiots? Is their national diet totally unscientific and/or dangerous? People all over Europe eat raw meat all the time, not just France. Are they all just ignorant savages, nutritionally-speaking? Hmm?”

I’d also have a couple of French doctors, French food safety experts (who speak English reasonably well), etc. with me on the show. The high point would be me saying “Hey doctor! Shut up! I can’t hear the good food information over the sound of the noise coming out of your mouth!”

My addendum:

If you are bringing in the FRENCH, and the INUITS, may as well bring in the JAPANESE… 127 million insane people hooked on RAW SEA FOOD.

Wild Edible Frogs Nutrition? Recipes?

It’s been raining terribly so my hunter had a hard time in the mountains. He did come up with some wild edible frogs this morning.

I ate some raw frogs for lunch. Tasted like raw chicken — with no slime. Only the legs had good amount of meat. Bland taste. Not something to dream about. Any recommendations, experiences eating raw frogs?

For the kids, I had the maid cook the other frogs adobo style with no soy sauce — soya is all bad. Pretty good tasting adobo. Our other maid says they cook it in gata / coconut milk, and the hunter said he liked tinola style.
