Achieving a healthy mind and a healthy body these days is not much about luck. It’s about knowing the truth in health. There is so much mis-information and dis-information out there from commercial interests and population reduction advocates, the lies have compounded for many decades all before you were born. But there is a way to dig for truth in this information age.

Here is my way. I used to be sick and the establishment physicians said I was incurable. I thought it was preposterous that no one knew the cure for my disease when there are billions upon billions of people around the world. Seek and you shall find. I found people who did know about my disease and they taught me well. Just like in the movies you come face to face with a master who teaches you things no one else knows about. These days we are high tech, the masters have gone high tech and are able to reach out worldwide.

The trick is recognizing who the masters are. The true masters have an altruistic streak in them. They will tell you all that needs to be done to cure everything and not much financial reward has to come to them. Truth in health is un-profitable. Your problem is how to bridge the paradigm disparity. Because while you are sick, your paradigms are wrong.

Being neutral. You have to let go of all the paradigms you currently know. They’re mostly wrong, you are sick today, right? So this means you need to learn new things. The best way to learn is from those who have gotten really well, really cured and those who cure people routinely. This is a tough job, finding these people. Not so. They are out there, on the web. You just can’t recognize them yet.

I suggest you begin by browsing http://www.rawpaleoforum.com . This is a tight knit bunch of cured people. They have mostly gone through all those disease and illness challenges and have gotten really well, spectacularly and they find ways to improve themselves better and hang out with fellow cured people who understand what it’s all about. In some ways, it converges on what the whole forum is about: A raw paleolithic diet and lifestyle.

Breast Cancer Now the Most Common Cancer in the Philippines: Top 10 Reasons Why

Warning: I am on a Ranting Rampage. Problem: The Department of Health recently released a report that shows breast cancer is now the most common cancer in the Philippines. Breast Cancer comprises 16% of 50,000 cases of cancer diagnoses made. The Philippine Breast Cancer Network says that the Philippines has the highest incidence of cancer in Asia.

Problem defined: So breast cancer is getting to be more common. If out of the 50,000 cases of cancer, 25,000 are women as a guess, then it shows that breast cancer may be 32% of all the cases of women with cancer.

Possible causes: According to my cancer cure education, these are my initial educated guesses regarding the high prevalence of breast cancer in the Philippines.

1. Poor blood circulation, restricted blood circulation in the breast area due to wearing of brassieres, bras. Bras are a root cause of poor circulation. Human women were not meant to wear bras. Filipinas in the recent decades were brainwashed to wear bras. Camisons went out of fashion. Nipple phobia has gripped the population. Push up bras became popular to give the illusion that the Filipina has larger breasts. Ignorance abounds with the superstition of bra wearing, multitudes of women wear these breast traps 24 hours a day, yes, even during sleeping hours.

2. Childlessness. If you look at the fertility rates, there has been a drastic steep decline in child bearing. From a high of 7 children per woman in the 1960s, down to 1.7 children per woman today in Metro Manila. So it is a use it or lose it scenario. Breasts are un-sucked, un-suckled, un-used. Plus the bad circulation above. Child bearing means a time when less bra use. Means there is a time when there are two pancreas working together to clean the blood.

Contraceptive chemicals. The idiotic notion that chemicalizing your body daily to be a sex toy is actually good for your health. Daily birth control pills, chemicalized iuds, hormonal patches, injectible contraceptives, etc. All forms of gadgets to neuter women. Is neutering women healthy? Of course not.

3. Toxic food. From organic, grass fed, ocean wild food to factory farmed food. The most common food these days are factory farmed bangus, factory farmed tilapia, factory farmed hito, factory farmed chicken, factory farmed pigs – all fed with GMO feeds. Plus pesticide laden white rice + aluminum rice cookers. Plus pesticide laden vegetables. Plus fake factory made condiments like factory made chemical vinegar, and factory colored and merely pressed soy sauce. Plus commercial condiments like factory ketchup, factory mayonnaise, factory margarine, factory vegetable cooking oils for frying. Toxic daily processed dairy. Plus the noon time show advertising of MSG and chemical sache mixes has been totally effective as daily seasoning instead of making it from scratch. Chemical drinks of colored liquids instead of plain old water. This is today’s Filipino staple food. Dirty and toxic to the core.

Inflammation promoting foods are the most popular: potatoes in french fries, tomatoes in everything, eggplants, bell peppers, seeds of all kinds, especially mongo seeds and all the wrong fats (margarine, mayonnaise, cooking oil) that cause umpteen inflammations. Wheat, wheat, wheat is in everything everywhere!

4. Tooth decay. What do you expect from carbohydrate crazy Filipinos? Sugar, rice, corn, wheat, potatoes, puto, pasta, spaghetti, noodles, etc. And they actually believe the food pyramid of crazy carbs. Mercury fillings were prevalent in the older people afflicted today. Mercury being the most toxic metal on earth. Lots of tooth decay means lots of root canal work where root canals leave dead teeth latched on to jaw bones. With dead material there and bacterial colonization in jaw bone pockets due to such, root canals are another root cause of cancer.

5. Chemical overdosing with personal care products. Daily bombardment of chemical shampoo, chemical soap, chemical perfumes, chemical deodorants, chemical make-ups, chemical lotions, chemical sun-block, chemical laundry, chemical dish wash, etc.

6. Chemicalizing and poisoning of home and work environment with chemical fragrances, pesticides, germicides, anti-bacterial everything, etc.

7. Daily symptom suppression over the counter drugs that suppress natural detoxification like cold suppressants, cough suppressants, fever suppressants, pain suppressants, etc, ad nauseated.

8. Even for those who can afford it. The usual organized mafia cancer treatment does not work because their very education about cancer and human health is upside down. Why would you seek treatment from people who say they have NO CURE FOR CANCER? Would you bring your BMW to a shop that says WE DON’T FIX BMWs? These ignorant slobs don’t even know the basics of detox and nutrition. They are just as sick as the rest of the population.

9. The mass tri-media has to bow down to advertisers of said products and the organized cancer treatment mafia, because they are brainwashed themselves, they are sick themselves, and must toe the mafia line or lose advertising revenue.

10. More women work nowadays. in fact women form the majority of the work force because they are preferred by the employing entities. Work hazards such as upside down sleeping times are now prevalent. Do you think that is healthy? They don’t get any sunshine. Their method of keeping alert is chemicalizing themselves with caffeine and sugar. And their after work entertainment is drowning in alcoholic beverages?

Even knowledgeable department of health officials will dare not make official statements as deranged as mine because the entire Philippine economy depends on the status quo.

What I see is that the very urban economic model and system of money is what victimizes our population by weeding out un-profitable healthy items whatever they may be… including the very foundation of education was re-written by those with commercial interests. It is not necessarily 1 single conspiracy, but a multitude of conspiracies, a beehive of economic and commercial conspiracies because everyone has to make money off of everyone.

While the good guys, the real healers who cure cancers everyday are sidelined and called crack pots. Well me and my family will be laughing our way to disease free old age and definitely breast cancer free old age.

Gwyneth Paltrow Should Follow my Wife’s Osteopenic Cure

So I heard the lovely actress in Iron Man, Gwyneth Paltrow was diagnosed as osteopenic. She should follow in the footsteps of my wife’s success curing herself of the same condition. It took her less than a year. And this worked. This is what she did:

First, stopped taking those idiotic calcium pills supplements. They don’t work and in fact they are harmful.

Second, ate a high fat, high amounts of grass fed / wild medium rare or rare animal meats. Dropped the taking of rice / carbs down to less than a cup per day. She says she only found rice useful for her gym work outs.

Third, took her weight training seriously to build strong bones.

Fourth, she did some body cleansing with colon cleanses and kidney cleanses.

I believe Ms. Gwyneth Paltrow is on some high grain diet. Wrong diet. It is meat and fat that builds strong bones. The rawer the better.

The helpful people at http://www.rawpaleoforum.com are waiting for Gwyneth to join up and learn from our experiences. These are the most intellectual and most experienced dieters who have mostly made it out of their respective illnesses. Gwyneth should just pick a screen name so she should be under the media radar. We don’t want those paparazzi getting in the way of her healing.

I am currently enthralled at picking the brain of the great hands on healer Vander Gaditano. He has a technique that dissolves liver tumors very very vast. Is 1 day fast enough for you? Here are the principles:

– Pump the patient full of nutrition, Vander uses Philippine style Gerson Protocol. Local fruit, local vegetables, and local young raw goat liver juiced in a fine tasting concoction Vander calls G-Power for God Power. There are other foods that may enhance nutrition levels of the patient. Vander tailor fits his nutrition program for the patient… and it has to be delicious.

– Give G-Power plus a supplement to speed up the process… the liver will collapse / let go of the contents of the tumor.

– Then there’s the problem right? Tumors are supposed to contain toxins and poisons to protect the body from harm, if it dumps them through the gall bladder into the stomach, then the patient will be poisoned.

Paleo Diet Newsletter: Potatoes and Autoimmune Disease

Dr. Loren Cordain released this information about potatoes being part of the nightshade family and causing autoimmune diseases. Do you have an autoimmune disease? Maybe it is time you stopped eating potatoes.

Nightshade is the common name for flowering plants belonging to the botanical family Solanaceae, which contain more than 75 genera and 2,000 species. Some notorious non-edible nightshades include tobacco, petunias, jimson weed, mandrake, and deadly nightshade. The family comprises well known food plants such as potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers, chili peppers, eggplants and tomatillos. Note that chili peppers include all varieties of peppers from the genus Capsicum, including bell peppers, jalapeno, wax, cayenne, habanero, Anaheim, Thai, Tabasco, cherry, pepperoncini and Serrano among others. Chili peppers are commonly consumed as dried powders such as paprika, chili powder and cayenne, and are near universal ingredients in hot sauces, Tabasco sauces, and salsas.

Now on to potatoes:

Let’s first examine potatoes. Potatoes generally maintain one of the highest glycemic index and load values of any food3-6. Regular consumption of high glycemic index carbohydrates may promote obesity and diseases of insulin resistance, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, abnormal blood lipids, gout, acne, polycystic ovary syndrome, epithelial cell cancers (breast, colon and prostate), acanthosis nigricans (a skin disease), and male vertex balding7. Consequently in both of my books I do not recommend that potatoes be included as a regular component of Paleo Diets. Additionally, as you can see from Table 1, most of the potatoes consumed in the U.S. are highly processed in the form of french fries, mashed potatoes, dehydrated potato products, and potato chips. Processed potato foods typically are made with multiple additives (salt, vegetable oils, trans fats, refined sugars, dairy products, cereal grains, preservatives, and other food additives) that may adversely affect health in a variety of ways.

An additional nutritional property of potatoes that is rarely considered in regard to human health is their saponin content. Saponins derive their name from their ability to form “soap” like foams when mixed with water. Chemically, saponins are classified as either steroid glycosides or triterpenoid glycosides. A glycoside is any of a group of organic compounds occurring abundantly in plants that yield a sugar and one or more non-sugar substances upon hydrolysis (chemical decomposition in which a compound is split into other compounds by reacting with water). Steroid glycosides are commonly called glycoalkaloids.

Both categories of saponins are widely distributed throughout the plant kingdom including many cultivated crops. The primary function of saponins is to protect the plant from microbial and insect attack by dissolving cell membranes of these potential predators8. In mammals, including humans who consume saponin containing plants, these substances frequently create pores in the gut lining, thereby increasing intestinal permeability8-10. If they enter the bloodstream in sufficient concentrations, they cause hemolysis (destruction of the cell membrane) of red blood cells8-10.

Figure 1 shows how saponins disrupt cell membranes which may lead to a leaky gut. Saponins first bind cholesterol molecules in intestinal cell membranes due to the affinity of a saponin component (the aglycone moiety) for the membrane sterol (cholesterol)9. In the series of steps that follows, you can see how saponins cause portions of the cell membrane to buckle and eventually break free, forming a pore or a hole in the membrane.

Potatoes contain two glycoalkaloid saponins: ?-chaconine and ?-solanine which may adversely affect intestinal permeability and aggravate inflammatory bowel disease11, 12. Even in normal healthy adults, a meal of mashed potatoes results in the rapid appearance of both ?-chaconine and ?-solanine in the bloodstream13. The toxicity of these two glycoalkaloids is dose dependent – meaning that the greater the concentration in the bloodstream, the greater is their toxic effect. At least 12 separate cases of human poisoning from potato consumption, involving nearly 2000 people and 30 fatalities have been recorded10. Potato saponins can be lethally toxic once in the bloodstream in sufficient concentrations because these glycoalkaloids inhibit a key enzyme (acetyl cholinesterase) required for the synthesis of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter required for nerve impulse conduction10. The concentration of both ?-chaconine and ?-solanine in a variety of potato foods are listed in Table 3. Note that the highest concentrations of these toxic glycoalkaloids appear in potato foods containing the skins.

So the next logical question arises: Should we be eating a food that contains two known toxins which rapidly enter the bloodstream, increase intestinal permeability and potentially impair the nervous system?

In the opinion of these authors: “. . . if the potato were to be introduced today as a novel food it is likely that its use would not be approved because of the presence of these toxic compounds.” 11

Other researchers state: “Available information suggest that the susceptibility of humans to glycoalkaloids poisoning is both high and very variable: oral doses in the range 1 – 5 mg/kg body weight are marginally to severely toxic to humans whereas 3 – 6 mg/kg body weight can be lethal. The narrow margin between toxicity and lethality is obviously of concern. Although serious glycoalkaloid poisoning of humans is rare, there is a widely held suspicion that mild poisoning is more prevalent than supposed.” 10

The commonly accepted safe limit for total (?-chaconine + ?-solanine) in potato foods is 200 mg/kg, a level proposed more than 70 years ago, whereas more recent evidence suggests this level should be lowered to 60 – 70 mg/kg10. If you take a look at Table 2 you can see that many potato food products exceed this recommendation.

I believe that far more troubling than the potential toxicity of potato glycoalkaloids is their potential to increase intestinal permeability over the course of a lifetime, most particularly in people with diseases of chronic inflammation (cancer, autoimmune disease, cardiovascular disease and diseases of insulin resistance). A leaky gut has been recently proposed to be a universal initiating trigger for autoimmune diseases14 – a conclusion that I agree with15, as well as promoting cardiovascular disease16, 17 and diseases of insulin resistance18. When the gut becomes “leaky” it is not a good thing, as the intestinal contents may then have access to the immune system which in turn becomes activated thereby causing a chronic low level systemic inflammation known as endotoxemia16 – 18. In particular a component of the cell walls of gut gram negative bacteria called lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is highly inflammatory. Any LPS which gets past the gut barrier is immediately engulfed by two types of immune system cells (macrophages and dendritic cells). Once engulfed by these immune cells, LPS binds to a receptor (toll-like receptor-4) on these cells causing a cascade of effects leading to increases in blood concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines (localized hormones) including interferon gamma (INF-?),interleukin 1 (IL-1), IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-?)16, 19. Two recent human studies have shown that high potato diets increase the blood inflammatory marker IL-620, 21. Without chronic low level systemic inflammation, it is unlikely that few of the classic diseases of civilization (cancer, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases and diseases of insulin resistance) would have an opportunity to take hold and wreak their fatal effects.

A final note on potatoes – to add insult to injury, this commonly consumed food is a major source of dietary lectins. On average potatoes contain 65 mg of potato lectin per kilogram. As is the case with most lectins, they have been poorly studied in humans, so we really don’t have conclusive information how potato lectin may impact human health. However, preliminary tissue studies indicate that potato lectin resists degradation by gut enzymes, bypasses the cell wall barriers and can then bind various tissues22, 23. Potato lectins have been found to irritate the immune system and produce symptoms of food hypersensitivity in allergenic and non-allergenic patients24. Just say “no” to potatoes!!
